As a Sr ISC Production Supervisor at Honeywell, you will oversee production operations within the Aerospace (AERO) Strategic Business Group (SBG). Your responsibilities include leading a team of production associates, ensuring efficient production of aerospace products, and driving operational excellence.

You will report to the Production Manager and work at our Phoenix, AZ location on the first shift, Monday through Friday, with a weekend rotation schedule.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Leading and supervising production associates to ensure timely production of aerospace, FAA, and Military products.
2. Monitoring production processes and implementing improvements.
3. Leading projects to improve business KPIs.
4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve production challenges.
5. Ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
6. Driving continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
