Job Description:

• Participate in planning and creating iteration objectives.
• Develop and commit to team goals.
• Conduct research, design, prototyping, and exploration activities to support development phases.
• Collaborate with the Kroger Product Manager to create and refine user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Participate in design reviews and strategy discussions with the Technical Lead.
• Leverage paired programming to write code and automated acceptance tests.
• Work with the Product Manager to ensure code and tests reflect desired functionality.
• Adhere to Kroger standards for code quality, utilizing best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and follow branching strategies.
• Collaborate with QA on test case creation.
• Continuously improve team processes and personal skills, embracing coaching and mentoring.
