Job Description :

The Mobile Tech Lead will drive the development and ensure technical excellence within our mobile team. This role involves both hands-on development and team leadership, contributing to the full mobile development lifecycle across diverse client projects.

Responsibilities :

• Analyze requirements, develop technical designs, and maintain technical documentation.
• Write clean, maintainable code following engineering best practices (unit testing, source control, continuous integration, design patterns, etc.) and adhere to SDLC guidelines.
• Customize integration development with other software systems based on customer requirements.
• Proactively raise concerns to the Tech Lead or Project Manager and suggest improvement actions.
• Troubleshoot performance issues, scaling, object clustering, and debugging for integration solutions.
• Research new technologies and existing libraries.
• Collaborate with Technical Project Managers and share knowledge with team members.
• Assist team members with design challenges and coding issues; evaluate their performance periodically.

Desired Skills and Experience :

• At least 3 years of experience in iOS development using Objective-C/Swift and Xcode.
• Familiarity with common design patterns such as MVC, MVVM, MVP.
• Proficient in integrating RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of standard iOS frameworks, tools, and concepts like Social framework.
• Experience with Interface Builder and AutoLayout.
• Experience developing custom UI.
• Proficient in source control management (git/gitlab) and project management tools (Jira).
• Knowledge of cloud services like Firebase or AWS.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-have skills :

• Knowledge of cross-platform development (React Native, Flutter, etc.).
• Experience in media composition and editing (images, audio, video).
• Having an iPhone/iPad app in the App Store is a plus.
