What you’ll do as a Sr Investigator

  • Conduct investigations into claims of harassment, discrimination, workplace misconduct, and policy violations
  • Communicate recommendations and guidance on corrective actions based on investigation results
  • Provide investigation reports, findings, and summaries to senior leadership
  • Analyze data on complaints and related metrics to identify patterns and trends
  • Draft, review, and finalize documents ensuring accuracy and legal compliance
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including leadership and legal teams
  • Use employee relations expertise to assess credibility and provide guidance
  • Maintain accurate, confidential records of investigations and resolutions
  • Lead process improvements to enhance efficiency in handling employee relations issues
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What you’ll need

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in internal investigations
  • Knowledge of employment laws (FMLA, ADA, FLSA, NLRB, Title VII, etc.)
  • Strong judgment, initiative, and project management skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information and prioritize tasks
  • Willingness to travel as needed

Additional qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • Certifications such as PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, diverse environment
