Who We Are Looking For

We seek a passionate, creative, and technically skilled Sr. Interior Designer with exceptional design and communication abilities. Ideal candidates will have experience in the AEC industry, particularly with public assembly buildings like sports venues, convention centers, and transportation facilities. The candidate should thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and be eager to learn and contribute.

What Your Day Could Consist Of

• Contributing to design and documentation across interior projects using various media
• Strong hospitality design experience
• Creative thinking in spatial, environmental, branding, and graphic design
• Managing multiple projects and interacting confidently with clients
• Leading presentations and collaborative sessions
• Building partnerships and managing teams effectively
• Producing quick sketches and conveying ideas visually

Requirements For Success

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently
• Positive, resourceful attitude and problem-solving skills

Essential Qualifications

• Professional Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or Architecture
• 12+ years of relevant experience
• NCIDQ certification (preferred)
• Proficiency in Revit, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Rendering skills, both digital and freehand

Additional Details

• Travel may be required
• Overtime may be necessary
