Brindleyengineering is seeking a Sr. Instrumentation Engineer to review client requirements, develop instrumentation solutions, and mentor junior engineers. The ideal candidate has a BSc in a related engineering field, 10+ years of experience, and knowledge of ISA, API, and ASME standards.
This position involves leading projects, managing technical meetings, and providing support for field execution. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, and a P.E. license is preferred.
The role offers a competitive salary range of $140,000 to $185,000 annually along with a comprehensive benefits package.
The Sr. Instrumentation engineer is responsible for reviewing client requirements and standards for new or updated process instrumentation and developing instrumentation solutions to include detailed designs, specifications, and sizing of process instrumentation, including control valves and on/off automated valves. Must be experienced with DCS and PLC systems and capable of managing multiple projects while mentoring intermediate and junior instrument engineers.
Individual field assignments typically each have their own unique requirements. Prior to deployment on any field assignment, you must be able to meet all client‑specific site requirements. Should you be unable or unwilling to meet assignment‑specific requirements, your continued employment would then be subject to the availability of other assignments whose requirements can be met. These unique requirements may include:
Pay Range: $140,000 - $185,000 annually. The above pay range represents a general guideline; however, Brindley considers several factors when determining base salary that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, certifications, specific work location, and current market conditions. Employees may be eligible for discretionary bonus and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans in addition to base pay to reward individual contributions and allow employees to share in company results.
