Job description

As a Senior Inside Sales Representative at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets. Your responsibilities include managing, developing, and executing sales strategies, as well as building strong customer relationships. Your expertise in inside sales and strategic thinking will directly influence the company's sales performance and overall business success.

Reporting and Work Schedule

You will report directly to the East Coast Sales Director and work on a hybrid schedule in one of these states: ME, VT, RI, NY, CT, NJ, PA, WV, KY, MI, IN, DE, OH, MD, DC, VA, PA.

Impact and Objectives

This role offers a significant impact on Honeywell’s growth. You will drive revenue, foster customer relationships, and support the company's market competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage customer inquiries for several hundred clients.
  2. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, understanding needs, and providing solutions using an 80/20 mindset.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for customer onboarding, order processing, and support.
  4. Support 5 Regional Sales Managers for the Gamewell FCI and Notifier brands.

Salary Range

The salary range is $102,000 - $128,000, based on experience, education, skills, and market considerations.

Must-Have Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
Valued Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Fire and Life Safety or Building Automation experience.
  • Passion for sales, strategic thinking, market understanding, and adaptability.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
