Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sr IAM Information Security Analyst to join our team remotely. This role involves ensuring the security and integrity of our information systems by implementing and managing identity and access management solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with departmental leadership and various teams to achieve information security goals.
  • Serve as a liaison between Information Security, IT, and business representatives to develop and communicate security policies.
  • Conduct information security assessments and address inquiries from business and clinical areas.
  • Ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Create and evaluate security prototypes and administer security processes and tools.
  • Develop, maintain, and implement IAM policies and procedures.
  • Identify, assess, and prioritize IAM-related risks effectively.
  • Implement key risk indicators (KRIs) for IAM and produce reports for leadership.
  • Stay current on information security, technology, and healthcare trends.
Skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Identity and Access Management concepts.
  • Technical experience with IAM tools such as SailPoint and CyberArk.
  • Understanding of IAM technologies like Active Directory, SSO, MFA, and PAM tools.
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and standards like NIST, ISO 27001, COBIT, and SOC 2.
  • Ability to develop and implement IAM policies and procedures.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
  • Understanding of data governance principles and practices.
  • Experience with role-based access control and other access control mechanisms.
  • Proficiency in IAM monitoring and reporting tools, as well as GRC platforms.
  • Certifications such as CISM, GSEC, or OSCP.
