Qualifications you'll bring:
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
  • Availability to work full-time, remotely (Eastern or Central Time Zone)
  • 5+ years of experience in software application development (.NET/C#, REST APIs, Cloud services such as Azure or AWS, SQL, JavaScript or Angular, GIT, and source control)
  • Experience in test-driven development and supporting Agile planning and work estimation
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to implement solutions, with a solid understanding of SDLC
  • Ability to reverse engineer established codebases for new initiatives, front-end development with Angular or JavaScript, and experience leading and mentoring software engineers
  • Curiosity to foster innovation and growth
  • Humility and teamwork orientation
  • Commitment to providing excellent customer interactions
Your key responsibilities:
  • Develop quality software solutions for the business
  • Conduct code reviews for team members
  • Support scoping and estimation processes for planning
  • Participate in backlog refinement, grooming, and Scrum ceremonies
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on solution design
  • Contribute to all development efforts within the Scrum team
  • Work with Product Owners and Scrum Masters to understand backlog items
  • Ensure quality and timely delivery using Scrum best practices
  • Proactively drive tasks or initiatives to completion
  • Perform other responsibilities aligned with healthcare delivery enhancement and customer service excellence
