Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Hyland OnBase administration or analyst experience.
• Strong understanding of OnBase configuration, workflows, document management, and user security.
• Experience with OnBase upgrades (particularly to Version 25 or higher).
• Experience troubleshooting application issues and supporting business users.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across operational support and project work.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Hyland OnBase certifications.
• Familiarity with Epic integrations and healthcare document management processes.
• Experience supporting Azure migrations or cloud-hosted environments.
