Zusammenfassung

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Hyland OnBase Analyst to support and enhance a major healthcare client’s enterprise document management platform. The role involves maintaining daily operations, supporting business users, and driving strategic initiatives such as upgrades, cloud migrations, and standardization projects.

The ideal candidate has OnBase administration experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work across technical and functional teams in a fast-paced

Qualifikationen

3+ years of hands-on Hyland OnBase administration or analyst experience.
Strong understanding of OnBase configuration, workflows, document management, and user security.
Experience with OnBase upgrades (particularly to Version 25 or higher).
Experience troubleshooting application issues and supporting business users.
Ability to manage multiple priorities across operational support and project work.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Hyland OnBase certifications.
Familiarity with Epic integrations and healthcare document management processes.
Experience supporting Azure migrations or cloud-hosted environments.
