Job summary

Coalfire is a leading cybersecurity consultant helping clients solve their toughest challenges. The Human Threats Senior Consultant will perform authorized physical security assessments and social engineering engagements to evaluate weaknesses and drive remediation across client sites.

You’ll mentor junior consultants, collaborate with project teams, and stay current on physical security and human threat tactics while supporting thought leadership and service development.

Qualifications

• Experience in social engineering, phishing, vishing, and adversary emulation.
• Knowledge of physical security concepts and badge/access-control weaknesses.
• Proven ability to produce client-ready reports and briefings.
• Willingness and ability to travel to client sites (up to 75%).

Responsibilities

• Conduct human threat engagements, including social engineering, phishing, vishing, and physical security assessments.
• Plan, scope, and execute physical security assessments across facilities and client locations.
• Develop assessment scenarios, pretexts, and test plans for combined physical and social engineering tests.
• Coordinate onsite logistics, client communications, and evidence collection within scope.
• Document observations with notes, timestamps, photos, interviews, and secure records.
• Deliver client briefings and remediation recommendations with clear business impact.
