Mohawk Industries, a Fortune 500, global flooring leader, seeks a Sr. Human Resources Generalist to act as a trusted consultant to business partners on HR practices and policies across talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compliance.

The role involves providing HR solutions, ensuring legal compliance, managing compensation program administration, and guiding managers on policies and employment law. Occasional travel may be required.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience.
• 4-6 years of job specific experience or equivalent education and/or experience.
• HR certification preferred.

• Ensure legal compliance by monitoring, communicating, and interpreting applicable HR federal, state, and company requirements, laws, and regulations.
• Monitor the administration of the company’s diverse compensation programs that includes both exempt and non-exempt employees.

• Analyze data from exit interviews.
• Help with the implementation of larger-scale HR projects, events, and programs.
• Present summary reports to management on current trends.
• Provide direction to managers and employees regarding company policies, procedures, career development, and workplace issues.
• Advises managers on the interpretation of employment law.
• Perform other duties as needed.

The Sr Human Resources Generalist is a high performing contributor that uses their in-depth knowledge to serve as a consultant to business partners on human resource practices and policies. This role offers guidance and support in functional areas including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compliance, and HR best practices.

What You’ll Do

• Provide a variety of human resources solutions to help departments meet business initiatives.
• Ensure legal compliance by monitoring, communicating, and interpreting applicable HR federal, state, and company requirements, laws, and regulations.
• Monitor the administration of the company’s diverse compensation programs that includes both exempt and non-exempt employees.
• Give direction and advice on complex and controversial issues.

What You Have
