Mohawk Industries, Inc. is seeking a Sr Human Resources Generalist to serve as a trusted consultant to business partners on HR practices and policies. You will provide guidance in talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compliance, and HR best practices.

Responsibilities include delivering HR solutions to meet business initiatives, ensuring legal compliance, and supporting compensation programs for exempt and non-exempt staff. Occasional travel may be required.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience.
• 4-6 years of job specific experience or equivalent education and/or experience.
• HR certification preferred.

• Ensure legal compliance by monitoring, communicating, and interpreting applicable HR federal, state, and company requirements, laws, and regulations.
• Monitor the administration of the company’s diverse compensation programs that includes both exempt and non‑exempt employees.
• Give direction and advice on complex and controversial issues.
• Analyze data from exit interviews.
• Help with the implementation of larger-scale HR projects, events, and programs.
• Present summary reports to management on current trends.
• Provide direction to managers and employees regarding company policies, procedures, career development, and workplace issues.
• Advises managers on the interpretation of employment law.
• Perform other duties as needed.

What you’ll do:

• Provide a variety of human resources solutions to help departments meet business initiatives.
