($75,000 - $105,000) plus, Employer contributes 13.2% of gross salary to a 401(a)-employee retirement plan. (Vested 100% on day 1 of hire)

The Senior Human Resources Generalist serves as a trusted partner to the Executive Director of Human Resources and plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of the HR department. This position is responsible for independently managing a broad range of HR functions, ensuring operational excellence, and driving HR initiatives from start to finish. The Senior HR Generalist oversees recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, leave management, HRIS administration and HR projects. This role requires a highly organized, proactive HR professional who can manage competing priorities, exercise sound judgment, and serve as a resource for employees and managers across the organization.
