The Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM), which oversees over $2 billion in capital programs and projects, is responsible for capital planning, project delivery, property management, and real estate services for the Commonwealth. DCAMM is a central agency in implementing several key policy priorities of the Healey‑Driscoll Administration, including promoting decarbonization and climate resilience in all state facilities, identifying and facilitating opportunities to repurpose underutilized state property for housing production, and increasing the participation of underrepresented groups in public construction contracting and in the public construction workforce.
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a key member of DCAMM’s Human Resources team, supporting a broad range of human resource functions with a strong emphasis on talent acquisition, recruitment, and workforce planning. This position partners with hiring managers and agency leadership to identify staffing needs, develop proactive recruitment strategies, and attract qualified candidates to support the agency’s mission and workforce objective.
The HRBP is part of a cross‑functional team committed to supporting work environments dedicated to the agency’s mission and promoting work/life balance. This position is eligible for hybrid work.
Applicants must have at least (A) four years of full‑time, or an equivalent portion of part‑time professional experience in human resources work, (B) of which at least one year must have been in a supervisory, administrative, or managerial capacity; or (C) any equivalent combination of the required experience and the substitutions listed below.
Note: No substitution will be allowed for the required (B) experience.
