Murray Resources - Best Staffing Agency is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our transport industry team. This role blends strategic HR, workforce planning, talent development, and leadership coaching to support operational leaders across the business.

The Senior HRBP will partner with leadership to shape the people strategy, drive recruitment for office and field operations, and guide organizational development initiatives in a hybrid Rosharon, TX environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required; SHRM or similar certification preferred.
• Experience in operational or industrial environments and partnering with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical HR guidance that helps leaders make confident business decisions.
• Coach leaders through performance management, employee relations, and organizational challenges.
• Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and talent reviews.
• Drive recruitment strategies for both office and field operations.

• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and challenge outdated ways of working.

This role blends strategic HR, operational execution, talent development, workforce planning, employee relations, organizational development, recruitment, and leadership coaching. The Senior Human Resources Business Partner is responsible for serving as a trusted business partner to operational leaders across the business while helping shape the company's people strategy.

Requirements:

• A strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices
• Experience in organizational development, succession planning and talent management
• Confidence making decisions in situations where there isn't always a perfect answer
