Job summary

recruitAbility seeks a Senior HR Business Partner for its Georgetown, TX site. This onsite role will partner with managers and executives to guide employee relations, performance, and change initiatives for a diverse hourly and salaried workforce.

The Senior HRBP advises on complex employment-law topics, coaches leaders through sensitive decisions, and helps design scalable HR practices. The position requires independent judgment and a minimum of 8 years in HR roles.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HR Generalist or HR Business Partner experience.
• Deep working knowledge of FMLA, ADA, FLSA, and exempt vs nonexempt classification.
• Significant experience handling complex employee relations matters.
• Experience supporting a sizable, operationally complex workforce.
• The presence and credibility to advise and appropriately challenge senior leaders.
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-moving environment.

recruitAbility is partnering with a growing, operations-driven organization to identify an experienced Senior HR Business Partner for its Georgetown, Texas, location.

This is a visible, high-impact role supporting a complex workforce of hourly and salaried employees. The Senior HRBP will serve as a trusted advisor to managers and executives, providing confident, practical guidance across employee relations, employment law, performance management, leadership coaching, and organizational change.

The organization needs a senior HR professional who can contribute immediately, exercise sound independent judgment, and confidently advise leaders through complex and potentially high-risk situations. This is not a developmental HRBP opportunity.
