  • Modifying and creating security groups, policies, and data integrity rules in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Utilizing Business Intelligence (BI) tools to develop datasets for cross-functional teams, effectively collaborating with HR Business Partners, Payroll, and Accounting for decision-making and audit purposes.
  • Maintain knowledge of release features, marketplace trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in human resources, executing ad-hoc projects for local and global initiatives as needed.

Skills we believe you need for this position:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, management information systems, information technology, mathematics, or computer science is preferred. MS in a related field is desirable.

  • 6+ years of experience writing complex queries, formulas, and calculated fields in Excel/Sheets, Python, and/or SQL is required.
  • Experience managing SOC2 compliance and data governance in alignment with SOX in an HRIS experience with a high level of confidentiality and discretion is strongly preferred.
  • Experience working within the developer suite of Greenhouse or another Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is preferred.
  • Experience working with various HR tools such as Lattice, Google Sheets, Jira, Slack, Udemy, Airtable, and Zapier is preferred.
  • Experience with applying project management frameworks to processes is preferred.
  • Resourceful, analytical, and able to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency with a “helper” attitude.
  • Demonstrated ability to train, coach, and mentor team members remotely.
  • Understanding of various employment laws and their impact on HR and payroll matters and the desire to stay up to date on the latest trends and legislation.
