Masco Corporation is looking for a dedicated Sr. HRIS Analyst, UKG/Dimensions (Kronos) to join our dynamic team in Livonia, MI. This is an outstanding opportunity to play a meaningful role in configuring, testing, and supporting the UKG (Kronos) Dimensions application, ensuring flawless performance and outstanding value.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with multiple Business Units to recommend and implement standard processes, improving the value of our UKG Dimension investment.
• Provide strategic expertise to deliver efficient and compliant outcomes.
• Apply advanced-level knowledge of UKG Dimensions or legacy Kronos Workforce Central systems, particularly within the Manufacturing Industry.
• Demonstrate expertise in one or more modules, including Timekeeping, Accruals, Attendance, Analytics, and Attestation.
• Lead special projects relating to UKG releases, configuration changes, or efficiency improvements.
• Conduct weekly audits to ensure policies and procedures are successfully implemented.
• Handle all punch device configurations and functionalities.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Identify and resolve the root cause of day-to-day production issues.
• Develop, modify, and update training materials and programs to keep them current and relevant.
• Implement and deliver UKG Dimensions solutions to support Merger & Acquisition activities.
• Develop strategies and capabilities for effective data analysis and reporting.
• Support API configurations to facilitate data exchange with Dimensions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in configuration, design, and support of the UKG (Kronos) Dimensions application.
• Quickly and easily adapts to change.
• Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously.
• Diligent with strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, particularly with analyzing information and conveying it.
• Consistent track record in supporting projects and/or project teams.
• Ability to work independently with minimal mentorship.
• General knowledge of FLSA and US pay regulations.
• Knowledge of DELL Boomi is preferred.
