Job Description:

1. Experience with UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) implementations and enhancements will be given preference over just Workforce Central experience.
2. 15+ years of experience implementing and configuring UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions), UKG Workforce Central, and/or ADP eTime versions 7.0 and higher.
3. Ability to configure UDM/WDM servers and assist clients in developing a plan for deploying UKG clocks (4500 and InTouch 9000/9100/DX terminals).
4. Knowledge of Advanced Scheduler, Forecaster, Mobile, and Analytics.
5. Experience implementing and configuring UKG/Kronos Accruals & Absence Management modules.
6. Knowledge of Activities and other UKG Pro WFM modules will be an added plus.
7. Knowledge of developing and/or supporting interfaces using Boomi for UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions).
8. Knowledge of the full life cycle of a project including gathering detailed requirements, developing a design, building the design to deliver the solution to the client, and providing support.
9. This role requires complete domain expertise of UKG Pro WFM suite of products and hence the requirement for excellent consultative and communication skills to interact with business users and client management.
10. Ability to work in complex technology environments requiring a multi-product solution, as well as product integration of legacy systems.
11. Willing to travel to customer locations as needed.
12. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Salary and Other Compensation:

1. The annual salary for this position is between $112,500/Year to $132,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.
2. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
