Role: Kronos UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) Consultant

Job Description:

• Experience with UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) implementations and enhancements is preferred over just Workforce Central experience.
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience implementing and configuring UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions), UKG Workforce Central, and/or ADP eTime versions 7.0 and higher.
• Experience developing and supporting interfaces using Boomi for UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions).
• Experience implementing and configuring UKG Accruals & Absence Management modules.
• Knowledge of Advanced Scheduler, Forecaster, Mobile, and Analytics.
• Ability to configure UDM/WDM servers and assist clients in deploying UKG clocks (4500 and InTouch 9000/9100/DX terminals).
• Understanding of the full project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design development, implementation, and support.
• Strong domain expertise in UKG Pro WFM suite, with excellent consultative and communication skills for interaction with business users and management.
• Ability to work in complex technology environments involving multi-product solutions and legacy system integration.
• Willingness to travel to client locations as needed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Salary and Other Compensation:

• The annual salary ranges from $112,500 to $132,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
• This position is eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance.
