Responsibilities

• Evaluate current HR workflows, processes, and transaction volume.
• Identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and opportunities for greater efficiency.
• Recommend standardization, streamlining, and automation of HR processes.
• Review HR transactions and trends to proactively identify issues.
• Help improve shared inbox workflows, request routing, and escalation processes.
• Support development of best practices for a growing HR function.
• Partner with Payroll, HRIS, Talent Acquisition Operations, HR Business Partners, and other HR teams.
• Provide guidance and support to the team on complex requests and process improvements.
