You will play a critical role in delivering key strategic outcomes in alignment with the People Strategy, including building and managing program plans, leading cross-functional initiatives, enabling HR Business Partners and recruiters through better tools and processes, supporting budget build activities, and helping the team use data, reporting, automation, and AI-enabled workflows to drive stronger business outcomes.

Experience across the employee lifecycle is valuable, but this role is equally suited for a leader who has managed complex programs and improved how teams work through better planning, reporting, automation, and adoption.
