Job Responsibilities
  • Assist with recruitment and interview processes, including reviewing applications, scheduling interviews, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle new hire onboarding, ensuring paperwork completion, background checks, and welcome correspondence.
  • Complete Forms I-9, verify documentation, and maintain files.
  • Coordinate new hire orientations and administer the New Hire Ambassador Program.
  • Process invoices and support intern and student programs as needed.
  • Maintain employee confidentiality and ensure compliance with employment posters.
  • Support HR management with various processes like Performance Management and offboarding.
  • Perform administrative support for the HR department.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • 8+ years of HR or administrative experience (preferred).
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Experience with HR software, such as Oracle HCM, is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Understanding of HR principles, employment law, and confidentiality requirements.
