An established industry player is seeking a Sr. HR Business Manager to enhance HR strategy across its Wood Products Distribution, Sales & Marketing, and Supply Chain sectors. We are seeking a Sr. HR Business Manager to support our Wood Products Distribution, Sales & Marketing, and Supply Chain businesses. This role is perfect for someone passionate about HR strategy, who thrives on building collaborative business relationships, and is motivated by using their HR expertise to drive change. You will collaborate closely with the Distribution and Sales & Marketing Vice Presidents and their leadership teams, providing strategic and tactical guidance on organizational issues and HR solutions to enhance business performance and effectiveness. You will lead the Distribution HR team and offer direct HR support for all employees within the Sales & Marketing and Supply Chain organization. This position will have oversight of union and non-union facilities and report to the Vice President of HR Operations. Location: This role can be based in Seattle, WA OR Hot Springs, AR on a hybrid work schedule (onsite 3x week, remote 2x week). This role is not open to those who live in other states or countries.

Compensation: This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program, and we are targeting a salary range of $129,200 to $193,900 based on your level of skills, qualifications and experience. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program, which offers a cash bonus targeting 20% of base pay. Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that target

Retirement: Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan, which includes a paid company match in addition to our annual contribution equal to 5% of your base salary.
Paid Time Off or Vacation: We provide eligible employees who are scheduled to work 25 hours or more per week with 3-weeks of paid vacation to use during your first year of employment. In addition, after being employed for six months, eligible employees begin to accrue vacation for future use. We also recognize eleven paid holidays per year, providing a total of 88 holiday hours.
