Job Summary

Under the direction of the assigned Product Practice Lead or designee, the Senior Product Developer is responsible for managing the process of developing our product and enhancing existing products to meet business channel customer expectations effectively. This role researches, develops necessary data assets, and supervises the design process.

DUTIES

• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to understand our clients' needs
• Provide the backbone of new research into product needs, such as analytical frameworks, models, and exhibits
• Report research, metrics, and results in clear, understandable ways, such as standalone reports or dashboards, for stakeholders
• Perform research and analysis on data assets with analytic rigor to ensure high data quality
• Create prototypes and pilots for various product needs
• Assist with product strategy and roadmaps
• Work with Product teams to determine user requirements and develop prototypes
• Conduct market and competitor research to inform product development
• Track and document progress and goals
• Analyze multiple alternatives to improve outcomes
• Must pass background checks and comply with HIPAA and Security regulations, maintaining necessary certifications
• Availability to work during standard hours and occasional travel as needed
• Collaborate across disciplines and departments
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations

Job Requirements

• BS in Business, Mathematics, Computer Science, IT, or related field; MS or MBA preferred
• Minimum 7 years' experience in software/web product development, data science, or similar roles with successful solutions and growth impact
• Extensive experience with health insurance products and data

Additional requirements include proficiency in Python and SQL, experience with virtualization environments, AWS, Jira, and familiarity with Agile methodologies. Candidates should be proactive, strategic, detail-oriented, innovative, and able to meet deadlines.

Compensation

The salary range is $120-130K, with offers based on experience, education, location, and internal equity. Benefits include health insurance, 401k, and bonuses.
