Job summary

A leading consulting firm is seeking a Technology Lead with significant experience in GIS and the ESRI platform, particularly ArcMap and ArcGIS Server. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in C# and ASP .Net, and will excel in a collaborative team environment. This role requires strong analytical skills and a background in software development life cycles, preferring candidates with utilities domain experience. This full-time position is based in Rosemead, CA.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Three years of progressive experience can be considered in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
• At least 4 years of experience working with ESRI platform (ArcMap, ArcGIS Server 9.x/10.x, Portal extension for ArcGIS Server and SDE on Oracle).
• At least 4 years of experience in C#, ASP .Net.
• At least 4 years of experience in web applications, windows services & web services.
• At least 4 years of experience in software development life cycle.
• At least 4 years of experience translating functional/non-functional requirements to system requirements.
• Ability to work in a team environment and client interfacing skills.
• Analytical skills.
• Experience in Utilities domain.
• Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment.
