A bit about us

We are an employee-owned National engineering, environmental consulting and testing firm operating across the Upper Midwest and beyond. Every person here holds an ownership stake, and it changes how the work gets done — from marketing to talent acquisition to the field, everyone is pulling toward the same outcome.

Our offices are close-knit and collaborative, with on-site lab capacity and the backing of a large regional laboratory network. We are in a deliberate growth phase in northern Minnesota and building the technical bench to support it.

Why join us?
  • Sign on bonus (DOE) & relocation assistance
  • Employee ownership with real economics — an ESOP contribution targeted at 11% of eligible compensation, awarded in company stock, on top of a 401k match. Contribute 6% to your 401K and the company contributes roughly 19% of your compensation goes toward retirement
  • Stock has performed strongly and consistently over the past five years
  • Serve as the technical resource and reviewer for the region without carrying direct reports — influence and authority, not headcount management
  • Shape a growing team. Leadership is deliberately hiring staff engineers behind you, and you help decide how they develop
  • Three distinct geographies to choose from, each with a different technical mix — mining, shoreline and water resources, and municipal/industrial
  • Relocation and sign-on support up to $40K for the right candidate
  • 10% target bonus, paid annually
  • Leadership with genuine tenure — the office leaders in this region are practicing PEs, one with 35 years at the firm
