Job summary

Jobot is seeking a highly motivated Senior Engineer for our northern Minnesota operations. You will independently prepare proposals, perform analyses, and develop deliverables while mentoring junior staff and coordinating across the discipline group.

We offer an ESOP, relocation/sign-on support up to $40k, a 10% target bonus, and ownership-based incentives. Join a collaborative, technically focused team shaping projects across mining, shoreline, and water resources geographies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil or Geotechnical engineering; MS a plus.
• 8+ years of direct engineering or materials science experience.
• PE license for 4+ years.
• Current driver's license; proficient with Microsoft applications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare proposals for projects independently.
• Perform engineering analyses and create technical deliverables.
• Review field reports and serve as technical reviewer.
• Provide mentorship to junior staff.
• Coordinate project assignments within discipline group.
• Develop client relationships and identify opportunities.
