Job description

Job Title: Sr GCP Security Engineer

Location: Remote

Duration: 3-4+ Months

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in cloud and infrastructure security, with at least 3 years of hands-on GCP security work
• Deep familiarity with GCP resource hierarchy, IAM, Cloud Logging/Monitoring, and native GCP security controls
• Strong understanding of security frameworks and cloud compliance standards (SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, etc.)
• Experience with Kubernetes container security best practices
• Proven ability to lead or support enterprise-wide cloud security initiatives
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Cloud Deployment Manager, etc.)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to advise and influence cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with mobile application security (iOS, Android, Flutter preferred)
