We're hiring a Senior Google Cloud Systems & Security Engineer to deploy within our portfolio of engagements. Strong preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in branch or digital banking.

This role is part of our consultancy team — we are not a staff augmentation firm. It is a customer-facing position requiring strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with our clients' technology teams, as well as our implementation and delivery teams.

The role will be vital in assessing risks and deploying advanced cloud technologies within the bank's evolving ecosystem.

Qualifications & Experience

• Containerized Deployments: Experience with Kubernetes architecture, security, segmentation, vulnerability scanning, and integration with monitoring tools.
• Cloud Security & Operations: Managing full application stacks, knowledge of Google Assured Workloads, networking, security services, Cloud Armor, Chronicle, and Google Managed Keys for Encryption.
• Microservices and REST API Knowledge: Understanding of API management platforms like APIGEE/Mulesoft, web service architectures, microservices, and REST APIs.
• Infrastructure As Code: Terraform experience preferred.
• Distributed Network Security: Experience managing branch banking networks, VPNs, and cloud security.
• Leadership and Collaboration Skills: Ability to lead architecture projects, conduct reviews, develop cybersecurity strategies, and coordinate teams.
