Job summary

Zensar is looking for a GCP Data Architect in the United States (Hybrid). You will design scalable, cloud-native data architectures on GCP and lead end-to-end data product delivery. You will govern MDM frameworks and collaborate with stakeholders to enable scalable self-serve data access.

Key requirements include 10+ years managing large-scale data platforms, strong GCP experience, and proficiency with Snowflake and Databricks. A Bachelor's/Master's in IT is expected.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience managing service delivery for large organizations.
• Strong experience on Google Cloud and cloud data platforms.
• Deep expertise in Snowflake and Databricks.
• Solid understanding of Data Warehouse, Data Lake, data governance, privacy, and compliance.

About the Role

• Design and implement scalable, cloud-native data architectures on GCP (BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, Cloud Composer), ensuring performance, reliability, and governance at enterprise scale.
• Lead the end-to-end design and delivery of data products, translating business requirements into reusable, well-documented data assets that drive measurable outcomes.
• Define and govern Master Data Management (MDM) frameworks, establishing data standards, ownership models, and quality controls across critical data domains.
• Collaborate with engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders to align data architecture with enterprise strategy, enabling scalable self-serve consumption.
• Drive best practices across data modeling, metadata management, lineage, and security, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

Experience:

• 10 years of experience in managing service delivery for big organization.
• Strong experience in cloud platforms: particularly on Google Cloud
• Deep expertise in modern data platforms: Snowflake, Databricks
• Strong understanding of Data Warehouse, Data Lake, ata governance, privacy, and compliance standards
• Proven ability to design and scale enterprise data platforms

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree / Master's Degree - Information Technology
