Zensar Technologies in the United States (Hybrid) seeks a Delivery Management leader and Enterprise Architect with 10+ years of experience to guide large-scale data, analytics, AI, and cloud transformation programs.

You will own end-to-end delivery governance, collaborate with CXO-level stakeholders, design scalable architectures, and drive modernization while mentoring distributed teams—supporting growth and strategic value realization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Delivery Management and stakeholder management.
• Experience leading enterprise architecture and digital transformation programs.
• Hands-on with modern data, analytics, AI, and cloud platforms (AWS).
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior leadership.
• Ability to manage geographically distributed teams and budgets.

Zensar is looking for a Delivery Management leader/Enterprise Architect in the United States (Hybrid). This position is open for Full Time with excellent benefits and professional growth opportunities.

About the Role

Enterprise Architecture & Technology Leadership

• Define enterprise-wide architecture strategies aligned with customer business objectives.
• Lead architecture assessments, modernization initiatives, and digital transformation programs.
• Design scalable solutions across Data Platforms, Analytics, AI/GenAI, and Cloud ecosystems.
• Establish architecture governance, standards, and best practices.
• Create technology roadmaps and migration strategies for legacy modernization.
• Serve as executive-level advisor for architecture reviews and strategic decision-making.

Delivery Management & Program Leadership

• Lead large-scale data, analytics, AI, and cloud transformation programs.
• Own end-to-end delivery governance including scope, budget, timelines, risk management, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage geographically distributed delivery teams and multiple workstreams.
• Drive program execution using Agile, Scrum, DevOps, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Ensure high-quality project delivery through established governance frameworks and KPIs.
• Resolve escalations and proactively manage delivery risks.
• Build trusted relationships with CXO, VP, and Director-level stakeholders.
• Facilitate executive workshops, architecture reviews, and roadmap discussions.
• Translate business priorities into technology solutions and measurable outcomes.
• Partner with customer leadership teams to drive innovation initiatives and business value realization.

Pre-Sales & Business Development Support (Preferred)

• Support sales teams in customer pursuits, solutioning, and strategic account growth.
• Participate in discovery workshops, RFP/RFI responses, and proposal development.
• Present solution architectures, delivery approaches, and transformation roadmaps.
• Help identify expansion opportunities across Data, AI, Analytics, and Cloud services.
• Assist in effort estimation, solution costing, and resource planning.

Experience:

10+ years of experience in Delivery Management, Stakeholder management.

AI & Generative AI

Experience designing and implementing solutions leveraging:

Google Gemini

Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG)

AI Agents and Agentic AI

LLM-based Enterprise Solutions

MLOps and AI Governance

Strong hands-on and architectural expertise in:

AWS Data Services
