You might really grab our attention if you can:

12 – 15 years of experience in software development
5+ years of experience in AI/ML roles, with at least 3 years in a digital products and platform solution/architectural or leadership position.
Hands-on expertise in AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) and experience deploying AI solutions at scale.
Hands-on experience with Generative AI frameworks and excellent knowledge on prompt engineering, prompt design patterns, Advanced RAG, etc.
Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their AI/ML offerings.
Strong grasp of database systems, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
Proficiency in implementing security protocols and data compliance frameworks.
Excellent communication, leadership, and change management skills.
Experience in setting up large-scale digital platforms with AI-driven capabilities.
Knowledge of legal and arbitration workflows is a plus.
Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools for model lifecycle management.
Knowledge of AI ethics, fairness, and explainability.
Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business requirements, design scalable and innovative solutions, and align technology frameworks with organizational goals.
