Job Description

As a mature Oracle HCM organization, we need the right person to support, integrate, test, and implement future modules. This is an opportunity to be a hero to both the IT and HR teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical support for Oracle Cloud HCM, acting as the Techno-Functional SME.
• Support end-user needs, understand business requirements, and assist with design, configuration, development, testing, and reports.
• Understand Oracle solutions architecture, data flows, and their relation to business applications.
• Apply standards, processes, procedures, and tools throughout the development lifecycle.

Must Have Experience

• Recent functional experience in Benefits, Payroll, and HR.
• Preferred experience in recruiting; nice to have in talent and learning.
• Provide production support, engage Oracle Support, and resolve issues.
• Experience with OTBI, BIP, Fast Formulas, HCM Extract, and Benefits Extract.
• Support testing of patches, upgrades, reports, configurations, and workflows.

Additional Responsibilities

• Configure and integrate HCM Cloud with other applications and third-party systems.
• Administer and coordinate data cleansing and conversion activities.
• Support business users and develop ad-hoc reports and interfaces.
• Design and build integrations, conversions, formulas, reports, and extensions.
• Lead testing efforts, manage UAT, and stay updated on Oracle system updates.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of HRIS or HR Systems experience.
• 3 years of Oracle Cloud HCM experience.
• 3 years of OTBI, BIP, HDL, HCM Extracts experience.
• 2 years of security setup experience.
• Preferred experience in workflows and Fast Formulas; UKG Dimensions experience is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and analytical skills.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in HR, computer science, or equivalent work experience.
