Job summary

Yoh Services LLC seeks a Sr. Full Stack Engineer to join our onsite team in Durham, NC. The role focuses on designing, developing, and deploying robust full-stack applications using Java/Spring Boot on the server and React/Angular on the client.

You will work in an Agile environment with AWS cloud services and modern CI/CD pipelines. This is a W2-only position in the United States with strong collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying full-stack applications.
• Proficiency with Java and Spring Boot for server-side development.
• Experience with modern UI frameworks: React or Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and scalable web app architecture.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and cloud-native development.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and GitHub or similar platforms.
• Solid knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and system design fundamentals.
• Experience evaluating and integrating AI development tools in prompt engineering and AI-assisted development workflows.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across diverse teams.

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 4+ years of experience designing, developing, and deploying full-stack applications
• Proficiency with Java and Spring Boot for server-side development
• Expertise in modern UI frameworks: React or Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and scalable web application architecture
• Hands‑on experience with AWS cloud services and cloud‑native development
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and version control via GitHub or similar platforms
• Solid knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and system design fundamentals
• Experience evaluating and integrating AI development tools, especially in the context of prompt engineering and AI‑assisted development workflows
• Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to collaborate across diverse teams

Nice to Have:

• Experience in the financial services sector
• Knowledge of modern AI technologies: LLMs, RAG, AI agents
• Prior work with Developer Productivity tooling in Brokerage or similar environments
• Mentoring experience within engineering teams

Preferred Education & Experience:

• Minimum of 4 years and up to 9 years of relevant full‑stack development experience
• Proven track record working within Agile delivery teams
• Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline

Estimated Min Rate: $46.90

Estimated Max Rate: $67.00
