Job summary

Pento is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our team and drive scalable, high-performance web applications for a US-based client. You will own features end-to-end, making pragmatic product decisions and shipping quickly from idea to production.

You'll build angular frontends, NestJS backends, and APIs in a modern stack using TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3. Expect collaboration with product/design, a focus on quality via TDD, and autonomous delivery in AI-enhanced workflows.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Angular (18+), NestJS, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Solid understanding of scalable frontend & backend architectures and Nx monorepos.
• Experience with TDD, testing frameworks, and auth integration (Auth0 or similar).

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong proficiency in Angular (18+), NestJS, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Solid understanding of scalable architectures (frontend & backend) and Nx monorepos.
• Experience with TDD, testing frameworks, and auth integration (Auth0 or similar).
• Ability to work autonomously in fast-paced environments.
• Good communication skills and high level of English.
• Comfortable working in AI-first environments, using tools like Copilot, Claude, or similar to accelerate delivery.

Nice to Have

• Hands-on deployment of SPAs and APIs in AWS (S3, CloudFront, containerized services).
• Familiarity with Angular SSR, Core Web Vitals, and front-end performance optimization.
• Background in building and scaling production systems.
• Exposure to accessibility standards (ADA/WCAG).
