Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst in El Reno, OK to drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial insights in a manufacturing setting. You will partner with production and operations leaders to turn data into actionable decisions that improve profitability and cash flow.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A, financial analysis, or manufacturing finance experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Experience managing annual budgets and forecasts.
• Knowledge of manufacturing accounting incl. inventory valuation, standard costing, COGS, variances.
• Proficiency with Sage or equivalent ERP.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budget process across departments and align with operations.
• Develop rolling forecasts and financial models to evaluate performance and opportunities.
• Analyze costs, inventory, variances, and margins for improvements.
• Reconcile reports, investigate discrepancies, and support month-end/year-end close.

• Extract, validate, and analyze data using Sage or ERP systems.
• Create clear management reports and dashboards with KPIs and variances.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budget process, coordinating inputs across departments and aligning financial plans with operational priorities.
• Develop rolling forecasts and financial models to evaluate business performance, investment opportunities, and growth initiatives.
• Analyze manufacturing costs, inventory movements, production variances, and margins to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Reconcile financial reports and relevant accounts, investigate discrepancies, and support accurate month-end and year-end reporting.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts, monitor working capital trends, and recommend actions to strengthen liquidity.
• Partner with operations, accounting, and leadership teams to explain results, challenge assumptions, and support informed decisions.
• Use Sage or an equivalent ERP/accounting system to extract, validate, and analyze financial data.
• Build clear management reports and dashboards that communicate key performance indicators, budget variances, and actionable recommendations.
• Improve budgeting, forecasting, reconciliation, and reporting processes while maintaining strong financial controls.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or manufacturing finance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing annual budgets, forecasts, and financial performance analysis.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing accounting, including inventory valuation, standard costing, cost of goods sold, and production variance analysis.
• Proven ability to reconcile accounts and financial data, resolve discrepancies, and maintain reporting accuracy.
• Experience preparing and analyzing cash flow forecasts and working capital metrics.
• Hands‑on proficiency with Sage or an equivalent ERP/accounting platform.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience developing financial models and management reports.
• Strong analytical judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex information into practical recommendations.
• Confident communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across finance and manufacturing operations.
• CPA, CMA, or a comparable professional qualification is a plus.
