Job summary

Universal Logistics Holdings, together with Logistics Insight Corporation (LINC), is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to support GM operations in Arlington, TX. You will supervise warehouse associates, ensure timely task completion, and coordinate inbound/outbound shipments.

The ideal candidate has 0-5 years of supervisory experience in warehousing, with a preferred Bachelor's or Associate's degree, strong communication, MS Office skills, and a detail-oriented, multitasking mindset.

Responsibilities

• Train, coach, and develop team members to achieve performance goals.
• Address employee questions, concerns, and performance issues in real-time.
• Coordinate the movement of inbound and outbound shipments.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Communicate with leadership and other departments to resolve operational issues.
• Complete daily reports on labor, workflow, and production performance.
• Support continuous improvement efforts and operational efficiency.
