The facility provides warehouse services including pick and pack, sequencing, and inventory management, supporting critical production and supply chain requirements.Shifts Available:2nd Shift: Monday–Friday | 2:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:Supervising warehouse associates during assigned shifts to ensure accurate and timely task completionMonitoring productivity, quality, and safety standards throughout the facilityTraining, coaching, and developing team members to meet performance expectationsAddressing employee questions, concerns, and performance issues in real timeCoordinating the movement of inbound and outbound shipmentsMaintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environmentEnforcing company policies, procedures, and safety regulationsCommunicating with leadership and cross‑functional teams to resolve operational issuesCompleting daily reports related to labor, workflow, and production performanceSupporting continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiencyThe ideal candidate should possess the following:0–5 years of supervisory or management experience in a warehousing, distribution, or transportation environmentBachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferredStrong verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applicationsStrong problem‑solving and analytical skills with attention to detailAbility to multitask in a fast‑paced environmentA strong work ethic and a competitive, career‑oriented mindset
