Job summary

Universal Logistics Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead shifts, ensure timely task completion, and maintain a safe, organized facility.

You will coach teammates, monitor productivity and quality, and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments while communicating with leadership to resolve issues.

Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred; 0–5 years supervisory experience in warehousing, distribution or transportation; strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Problem solving and analytical skills, as well as a strong attention to detail.
• 0-5 years supervisory or management experience in a warehousing, distribution or transportation environment.

• Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Communicate with leadership and other departments to resolve operational issues.
• Complete daily reports on labor, workflow, and production performance.
• Support continuous improvement efforts and operational efficiency.
