Job summary

Universal Logistics Holdings, Inc. in Lake Orion, MI is seeking a Floor Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations supporting GM manufacturing, with a focus on safety, quality and productivity.

• 0-5 years of supervisory, leadership, or management experience in a warehouse, logistics, distribution, manufacturing, or transportation environment.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer-based reporting systems.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and thrive in a fast-paced operation.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, along with a strong work ethic and career-oriented mindset.
