The Senior Financial Project Manager is responsible for developing operating and capital budgets, cash flow projections, and strategic financial plans. The role involves performing financial analyses for business planning, expansion, and capital project ROI, managing budgeting, reporting, and financial functions for assigned lines within JHCP.
This position partners with JHCP service line management on revenue cycle reporting, P&L variance analysis, and other financial projects, working closely with regional leadership to improve financial performance. It requires understanding operations and building effective relationships with operational and physician leadership. The role also involves verifying service line income and expense accounting and supporting leadership with planning and monitoring.
The role includes evaluating and developing reporting tools, dashboards, and benchmarking using tools like Tableau, performing complex analyses of physician practice metrics, and maintaining physician compensation models.
Salary Range: $37.04/hour - $61.16/hour. Compensation is based on experience and role scope.
