Job description

Sr. Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

Job Summary:
The Sr. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager is responsible for forecasting, analysis, and partnership with business operations to outline strategies for revenue. Reporting to the Finance Director, you will create financial models through a close partnership with the rest of the business.

Responsibilities:
  • You will build financial reporting dashboards and models while assisting with data standardization in financial reporting tools.
  • You will help build long-term planning, annual planning and monthly forecasting process in partnership with the product line owners.
  • You will have excellent financial and business partnership skills that help improve product profitability.
  • You will not have managerial responsibilities but will need a collaborative mindset as you work with others on the finance team.
Qualifications And Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field, MBA or advanced degree.
  • 10+ years of Finance experience focused in financial planning and analysis.
  • Experience in complex financial modeling.
  • Experience understanding and resolving complex financial issues by using data and preparing in-depth analysis.
  • Understanding of financial systems, processes, and tools, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Experience communicating analytical findings for a range of different audiences.
  • Experience presenting complex financial information in easily understood formats.
  • Can work with employees at all levels of the organization in a collaborative environment.
Physical/Cognitive Requirements:
  • Capability to remain seated in a stationary position for prolonged periods.
  • Eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity to operate keyboard, computer and other office-related equipment.

Compensation:
The United States new hire base salary target ranges for this full-time position are:
Zone A: $85,320 - $110,910 + equity + benefits
Zone B: $93,852 - $122,001 + equity + benefits
Zone C: $102,384 - $133,092 + equity + benefits
Zone D: $110,916 - $144,183 + equity + benefits
This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for candidates based on their respective Zone. Your Recruiter can share your geographic zone upon inquiry.
