  • Conduct detailed sales and trend analyses to assess account performance, product mix, and market potential; communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership
  • Partner with brand teams to develop value-based contracts, pricing strategies, and service agreements tailored to specific account needs and aligned with compliance requirements
  • Drive operational excellence by maintaining accurate CRM data, managing contract timelines, ensuring correct implementation of pricing changes, and monitoring chargeback accuracy
  • Coordinate and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with key accounts to evaluate performance, address challenges, and align on future growth plans
  • Support new therapy launches by ensuring clear communication of product value propositions and seamless integration into existing customer contracts and distribution channels
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the healthcare landscape, including payer policies, vertical integration, and emerging trends affecting channel access and contract performance
  • Serve as a bridge between internal teams and external customers, fostering transparency, accountability, and timely execution of strategic priorities
