Job summary

Intuitive Surgical, Inc. is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to lead US & Canada revenue planning activities. You will partner with sales and finance leaders, deliver data-driven insights, and oversee budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close for the US Commercial P&L.

You will mentor junior analysts, build revenue models, and design dashboards to track performance. This role is onsite in Peachtree Corners, GA, with hybrid collaboration as applicable.

Job Description

Primary Function of Position:

The Senior Financial Analyst, US & Canada Revenue Planning position plays a critical role helping senior sales and finance executives drive strategic business decisions. You will develop strong partnerships with functional leaders, delivering actionable, data-driven insights that influence commercial strategy and growth. You will also perform core FP&A tasks, including budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close, while overseeing the US Commercial P&L. This role interacts with multiple executive stakeholders and provides a unique opportunity to shape the company's commercial success.

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, benefits, and equity. It would not be typical for someone to be hired at the top end of range for the role, as actual pay will be determined based on several factors, including experience, skills, and qualifications. The target base compensation ranges are listed.

Base Compensation Range Region 1: $129,600 USD - $186,400 USD

Base Compensation Range Region 2: $110,200 USD - $158,400 USD
