Paradies Lagardere is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support reporting and budgeting within the FP&A function. The role involves active participation in monthly analyses, planning processes (monthly, semi-annual, annual), and ad hoc reporting. The position will primarily focus on the Corporate Division of the business.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for improvement by comparing actual results with plans and forecasts.
• Enhance financial performance through result analysis, variance monitoring, trend identification, and recommending actions to management.
• Handle capital reporting and forecasting, including monthly review of capital project spend versus budget, 5-year forecast modeling, and capital requirements per contractual agreements.
• Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Track business improvement plans and measure progress against targets.
• Serve as a visible partner to division management with a focus on operational execution support.
• Support the development of monthly financial reports and dashboards for senior management.
• Review monthly financial statements and participate in the accounting close cycle to ensure accuracy.
• Perform ad hoc analyses and generate reports as requested by management.
• Prepare monthly KPI reports.

Position Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics required.
• MBA, CPA, or similar professional designation preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in reporting and/or financial analysis.
• Experience in a fast-paced, multi-unit business (restaurant or retail experience preferred).
• Knowledge of Accounting/GAAP.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Creative, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
