Qualifications

• College, university, or equivalent degree in Finance, Accounting or related field required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Prior Manufacturing industry experience is required.
• Advanced analytical and forecasting capability with strong risk interpretation and forecasting aligned to strategy.
• Solid knowledge of US GAAP, accuracy and compliance in financial data.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and in teams; leadership and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Excel with advanced capabilities to manage complex spreadsheets.
• Strong communication skills to explain concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
• Experience with SAP preferred but not required.

Location: Indianapolis, IN.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation of complex financial reports and interpret key trends, risks, and opportunities across the business.


• Partner with the business to develop and manage annual budgets, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.


• Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting processes, enhancing efficiency, accuracy, and clarity.


• Produce reliable expense and staffing forecasts that support effective resource planning and cost control.


• Provide clear variance analysis and actionable explanations to improve financial performance and accountability.


• Consolidate and present financial and statistical data in a structured, meaningful way for leadership.


• Deliver accurate and insightful financial analyses that enable management to make informed, data-driven decisions.

Education & Experience:

• College, university, or equivalent degree in Finance, Accounting or related field required.


• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance.
