Korn Ferry has partnered with our client in their search for a Senior Accounting Analyst. This position will support the operations and finance teams. This role involves using IT and Data Analytics platforms, processing financial transactions, preparing reports, and providing analytical support.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with IT and Data Analytics teams to utilize technology and data platforms as well as system enhancements and implementation.
2. Review contracts and maintain data integrity.
3. Manage onboarding and offboarding for administrative team members.
4. Provide administrative and financial support, including expense reports and invoice approvals.
5. Maintain financial databases, post journal entries and complete variance analysis.
6. Review general ledger accounts and perform account reconciliations as needed.
7. Assist in preparing financial reports and budgets.
8. Run Accounts Receivable aging schedules and follow up on payments.
9. Review and approve supplier invoices and expense reimbursements.
10. Learn and utilize systems and tools for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
11. Assist in audits and perform ad-hoc financial analyses.

Position Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
2. 2-5 years of experience in accounting or finance.
3. Strong understanding of financial principles and data analysis.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle).
5. Strong communication and organizational skills.
6. High level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Base Pay Range

$80,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr
